We’re constantly adapting to the ever-changing situation, the safety and well-being of our guests and staff remain extremely important to us – which is why we have invested heavily in our holidays to ensure frequent enhanced cleaning procedures will continue to be carried out, so our facilities and entertainment can run with full effect.

Whether you're excited about escaping to picturesque coastline, the first dip in the pool, or someone else doing the cooking – we’ve ensured it safe for you to experience that holiday feeling again!
Arrivals and Check-ins
The park's reception team will call you a couple of days before you arrive and talk you through the checking in process, and will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Access to your accommodation will be from 4pm onwards - for those looking for a quiet and speedy check-in, for a small charge of £15 we will ensure the accommodation is ready for your arrival at 2pm.

Accommodation
All of our lodges, holiday homes and camping pods are least 5 metres apart – giving you plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. All accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every arrival.

Our restaurants return to an authentic pub experience, offering you the perfect environment for enjoying a meal with your loved ones.
Shows and activities
Our entertainment venues are back in full swing! You can dance, sing and relax to your heart's content, knowing that our enhanced cleaning procedure have been carried out.
Facilities
With a fantastic selection of facilities and activities available at most of our parks, there's always something to do, but we’ve always prioritised the safety of our guests. Bookable slots and a limited number of participants per sesssion means everyone can make the most of our facilities with confidence.

All our camping pods, holiday caravans and lodges are at least 5 metres apart
Guests have their own private facilities including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and lounge area, and some even have private decking
All bed linen is freshly laundered at over 70 degrees Celsius
All accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every arrival
Face coverings are not required in our indoor venues, but please feel free to wear one if you feel more comfortable.
Communal areas such as toilet and shower facilities will close for 1 hour twice a day to allow for additional cleaning
