For those who prefer to stay active and maintain their fitness regime, you'll be delighted by our well-equipped, state-of-the-art gym where you can work towards your fitness goals.

Contemporary restaurant & bar

A brand-new restaurant and bar is also ready to welcome you as part of the new leisure building. With a warm and welcoming feel reminiscent of a local pub, here you can sit back and enjoy a drink with friends or indulge in some great food from our seasonal menu.

Our reception has undergone a comprehensive renovation creating a bright and inviting space where both our owners and guests can arrive and start their stay at Rye Harbour on the right note.

Well-stocked shop

We know that sometimes, crucial items can slip your mind when packing, which is why we have transformed our on-site shop to make sure it's fully equipped with an array of groceries, toiletries, and all the essentials you may need throughout your stay.

New indoor swimming pool & gym

Along with the enviable location on the Sussex coastline, there is now even more reason to spend your leisure time at Pevensey Bay. Owners and holidaymakers can enjoy a dip in the new indoor swimming pool, guaranteed to bring hours of fun for all ages, no matter the weather.

For fitness enthusiasts, the new fully-equipped gym is the perfect spot to enjoy an early morning workout before heading out to explore the beauty of the local area.

Refurbishment of the bar and entertainment area

After careful consideration of every detail, both holiday home owners and guests are sure to be delighted with the refresh to the bar and entertainment area at Marlie, ensuring your next visit to Kent will be better than ever. We have also implemented dog-friendly areas, so your furry friend doesn’t need to be left behind during your stay.

By implementing high-level fixed seating, new and refurbished furniture, lighting, new screens, and artwork, the entertainment area at Marlie has been given a completely new lease of life ready for a fun-filled year ahead in 2024. The bar counter has undergone a full revamp to help improve the speed of service for our owners and guests, and the installation of the front-of-house pizza oven is a great addition to our seasonal menu, so you can look forward to lots of family meals and catch-ups with friends. The complex has been fully redecorated including the toilets, along with new cladding and signage to the front entrance.

Dog-friendly areas and washing station

An area of flooring has been replaced to provide a dog-friendly owner’s area so no one needs to be left behind, and the installation of a dog-wash station has been included so that your four-legged friends can be cleaned after all your adventures along the Kent coast.

Refurbishment of the bar and dining area

Our owners thoroughly enjoy visiting The Old Storehouse, our inviting on-park bar and restaurant, just steps away from the stunning Amble Beach. So, in 2024, we've enhanced this popular spot even further, creating a relaxed and cosy environment, along with giving it a new name; 'The Old Granary'.

The dining area now features softer and more comfortable seating, providing a relaxed setting for you to enjoy your food and drink. A new TV and a warm, inviting fire also add to the atmosphere, whether you're solo or with friends and family. The bar has maintained its sociable character, equipped with TVs for catching the latest sporting action, and a fun pool table for friendly challenges. For dog owners, we've introduced a dedicated seating area where you can enjoy a drink with your pooch after a long walk on the seafront, whilst you both warm up by the fire. Your furry friend can also enjoy a doggy drink or snack too!

Outside, we've given the restaurant a fresh look with new outdoor furniture, perfect for making the most of the Northumberland summer. We've also updated some signage and lighting for a more inviting atmosphere.

For those who relish relaxation in our leisure facilities, you'll be pleased to hear about the refurbished steam room and sauna which provides a serene sanctuary for you to escape to during your stay at your holiday home.

Enhancements to the complex building

Exciting updates are in store for Carlton Meres, offering more opportunities to bask in the Suffolk sunshine. The front and rear patios of the complex building will undergo a transformation, featuring comfortable new furniture and contemporary festoon lighting. Whether you're looking to unwind with a drink, catch up with friends, or indulge in al fresco dining, this space will provide the perfect setting. Additionally, an undercover shelter at the rear of the building ensures year-round enjoyment of this area.

Further enhancements are planned for the complex, including fresh new planting at the front to provide a warm welcome to our guests. Inside, expect new carpets and refreshed interior décor, along with newly decorated toilets. The pool hall will also receive new floor tiling, ensuring nothing stands in the way of you enjoying a swim in our fun indoor pool.

Enhanced changing rooms

Visitors to Seawick have the privilege of enjoying two fantastic swimming pools. On rainy days, there's no better place to spend quality family time than at the indoor pool, complete with a thrilling flume. When the weather warms up, bask in the Essex sunshine at the heated outdoor pool, and later, relax on a comfortable sun lounger.

To ensure a more convenient changing experience before and after your swim, we have reconfigured and refreshed our changing rooms. This way, you can be confident that your swimming experience will be as hassle-free as possible.

New multi-use games area and play park

The youngsters will be thrilled with the new addition of a multi-use games area which can be used to accommodate various different sports, which will provide plenty of entertainment.

Along with this, a new children’s play park with climbing frames and swings will be added, which will be ideal for letting your little ones burn off some steam and letting their imaginations roam free.

Improvements to the entertainment complex

Along with an ideal location perfect to explore the Kent coast and countryside, Birchington Vale has a range of great facilities right on-park. In order to enhance the experience for both our owners and guests, we will be implementing a variety of improvements to our existing entertainment complex in 2024.

Some of these include new lighting in the reception and entertainment area, brand new screens to divide the bar and entertainment area to create a more relaxed space, new flooring in the dog-friendly areas, and a refresh to the outdoor decking area.

At Oyster Bay, the serene indoor pool provides holiday owners with an ideal space for leisurely laps or a refreshing dip. To further enhance the experience at our 5-star accredited park, in 2024, a new steam room will also be introduced. This addition will allow owners to truly unwind and relax every time they visit their holiday home. It's a fantastic way to make the most of your time at the park.

A fresh new look for the complex building

Owners and holidaymakers at Dovercourt thoroughly enjoy spending time at our outstanding leisure complex, which boasts an indoor pool, bar and restaurant, arcade, and entertainment venue, offering a plethora of entertainment options.

To further elevate the experience at the complex, we're implementing a range of improvements. This includes new interior décor for the bar, arcade, and toilets. Additionally, new TVs will be installed in the bar area, allowing you to sit back and watch a live link to the entertainment happening on stage.

To maximize your enjoyment of the Essex sunshine coast, we're enhancing our outdoor space too. Expect new furniture and contemporary festoon lighting, creating a relaxed and inviting environment for socialising with friends and family during the warmer months.

Refreshing updates for the Sandbank bar & restaurant

The Sandbank bar and restaurant, with its picturesque views of the vibrant beach huts on West Mersea Beach, is a cherished spot on the park. It's ideal for relishing tasty meals, socialising with friends, or enjoying a peaceful drink in the evening.

We have committed to enhancing our bar and restaurant with a range of revitalising updates. This includes fresh décor, new flooring, and additional furniture on the outdoor terrace, providing you with the perfect spot to sit back and take in the awe-inspiring views of West Mersea Beach, right at your fingertips.

New hydrotherapy pool

A state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool will be the newest addition to the leisure complex at Brynteg in 2024, providing the perfect place to rediscover your wellbeing in a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

Running at a constant 35 degrees, immerse yourself in warm water and treat yourself to the invigorating sensation of massaging jets, promising an unmatched relaxation experience.
